A passenger, Irfan Ahmed, was arrested at Lucknow’s Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport after security staff discovered an 8mm live cartridge in his bag during screening. Police registered a case and took him into custody for investigation.

The incident happened on Tuesday evening when passengers of flight QP 1525 were boarding the plane, which was scheduled to take off at 5:25 p.m.

A man has been arrested from Lucknow Airport for allegedly carrying someone else's passport, CISF said.
