Mumbai Police have imposed prohibitory orders across the city from Thursday until August 6 under Section 37 of the Maharashtra Police Act, restricting gatherings of five or more people. The move follows recent demonstrations in support of the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) over the NEET paper leak, with eight FIRs filed against nearly 900 protesters.
