A Panama‑flagged cargo vessel, MV Ocean‑Winner, sank in the Bay of Bengal about 240 nautical miles off the Odisha coast on Saturday. The ship, carrying 1,700 tonnes of iron ore and 24 crew members, lost contact after leaving Paradip Port.
