India secured its inaugural medal at the 19th Asian Games in the Women's 10 Metre Air Rifle event. The team clinched a silver with a total score of 1886, led by Ramita's 631.9, followed by Mehuli's 630.8 and Ashi's 623.3.
Scoring a remarkable 634.5 in the qualification round, Mehuli achieved a score of 229.8 in the 24-shot eight-woman final, securing the third position and earning her the Olympic quota place.
