Six workers were killed and several injured after a quarry edge collapsed at a granite mine in Andhra Pradesh's Bapatla district. The deceased were migrant workers from Odisha. CM Chandrababu Naidu ordered a probe and directed officials to enhance safety.
The incident occurred in the two-storey factory unit located on Singhawali-Kotli road in Sri Muktsar Sahib. The cause behind the blast is under investigation
