The MHA adopted new scheme replacing the previously suspended Free Movement Regime, which earlier allowed citizens residing close to both sides of the India-Myanmar border to move 16 km into each other's territory without a passport or visa
"The recent seizure of 120 bags of tonsured human hair in the borders of Mizoram-Myanmar by Assam Rifles has nothing to do with the TTD," said a temple official.
