CPI MLA Kunamneni Sambasiva Rao said no funds were released for his constituency despite Ministerial approvals. He raised concerns over delays by the Finance Department and criticised diversion of debates through repeated references to Kaleshwaram.
Congress MLA Komatireddy Rajgopal Reddy criticised his government over fund allocation and alleged bias in development works. He flagged delays in irrigation projects and said MLAs were being forced to seek funds from Ministers and the Chief Minister.
