The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority conducted a pre-bid meeting for the proposed Mokila Layout, attracting more than 150 prospective bidders. Officials explained key project features, planning aspects and development works ahead of the e-auction scheduled for June 29 and 30

The HMDA has also warned that if any of the bidders fail to pay the Initial Deposit/First Installment amounts, they will not be allowed to participate in future auctions and will be kept in block list

HMDA has put a total of 60 open plots to e-auction on online bidding process through MSTC for plots ranging from 300 square yards to 500 square yards

A total of 98,975 square yards, which will be available in 300 plots of various sizes, will be up for e-auction in the phase-II of Mokila layout

By the end of two sessions of e-auction, the HMDA received revenue of Rs. 121.40 crore, which is more than three times the base value.
