BRS president K Chandrashekhar Rao has accused the Congress government of dismantling the Pharma City project and converting it into a real estate venture under the banner of Future City. He alleged that the government was misleading the High Court and the public while attempting to sell Pharma City land parcels to private entities despite judicial restrictions.
