The South Central Railway (SCR) has cancelled, diverted, or rescheduled multiple trains across its Hyderabad Division due to water overflow on tracks in the Bhiknur–Talmadla and Akanapet–Medak sections. Passengers are advised to confirm their train status before travelling as continued rainfall may lead to further disruptions.
