The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has issued uniform guidelines for processing and issuing Occupancy Certificates (OCs) to non-high-rise buildings constructed as per sanctioned plans, even after building permissions have lapsed. The guidelines are applicable only to non-high-rise buildings.
Hyderabad-based RR Constructions has been fined ₹2.81 lakh by TG RERA for failing to register its Adikmet project. The builder must apply for an Occupancy Certificate and resolve several structural and quality complaints within 30 days.
