A seven year old boy from OU Colony sustained multiple burn injuries after his Film Nagar tuition teacher allegedly branded him with a heated spoon. His parents filed a complaint. Police registered a case, sent the child for medical evaluation and began an ongoing investigation.
A Hyderabad dentist, Dr Mariyam Syed Hafiz, is in a coma after a doctor allegedly gave her an injection she was allergic to. The family says she went into cardiac arrest due to anaphylactic shock and improper emergency care. Police have filed a case.
