An explosion involving two oxygen tanks in Hyderabad’s Jalpally area caused panic and injured three people. The blast damaged nearby houses, with partial roof collapses reported. Police shifted the injured to hospital, and an investigation is underway.

Officials are still trying to figure out how many were wounded in the explosion at Ibn al-Khatib Hospital, but they say there are "many."
