The Punjab and Haryana High Court has granted bail to Punjab-based YouTuber Jasbir Singh, arrested in June 2025 on charges of spying for Pakistan’s ISI. Justice Vinod S Bhardwaj noted the absence of corroborative evidence, lack of sensitive material in his content, and his clean antecedents.
