While development of a dengue vaccine has been perennially in the making, the recent launch of the third phase of clinical trials of dengue vaccine in India by ICMR with Panacea Biotec, has raised hopes over the availability of a dengue vaccine to the general public in the next few years.
Sputnik V was registered in India under the emergency use authorization procedure on April 12, and vaccination against coronavirus with the Russian vaccine started on May 14.
The EasySix vaccine comes in a pre-filled syringe and is used to vaccinate against Diphtheria, Tetanus, Whooping Cough, Hepatitis B, Haemophilus influenza Type B and Inactivated Polio.
