Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Monday defended the Polavaram–Nallamalla Sagar link project amid a water-sharing dispute with Telangana, asserting that both Telugu states can efficiently utilise Godavari waters without harming each other.
