A prankster in Bihar’s Rohtas district applied for a residence certificate using the name ‘Cat Kumar’ with a cat photo and fake parental names. Police have filed an FIR and are tracing the culprit for misusing government services.
They chose to take this action following a recent directive from the Patna High Court, which instructed authorities to relocate residents from 1,471 houses in Dalmianagar by August 30.
