The Adani Group firm paid Rs 1,000 crore to SBI Mutual Fund and Rs 500 crore to Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund on commercial papers that matured on Monday, as scheduled.

The price band for the offer has been decided at Rs 574 - Rs 575 per equity share.

The court had said the distribution of funds need to be undertaken by the SBI Mutual Fund and completed within 20 days.
