According to information found on the official website of the Supreme Court, a panel led by Chief Justice D.Y. Chandrachud is scheduled to potentially address the petitions in a hearing set for September 15.
In a draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) filed with the market regulator, Zomato said it aims to raise Rs 8,250 crore in capital by offering the company's equity shares for sale.
