The 30-share BSE Sensex jumped 705.26 points to 58,665.35 in early trade. The broader NSE Nifty climbed 196.95 points to 17,277.65.

The 30-share BSE Sensex was trading 403.21 points or 0.70 per cent higher at 58,303.40 points while the broader NSE Nifty was up 130.40 points or 0.77 per cent to 17,173.70 points.

US and European markets on Tuesday ended their trading sessions with gains as latest inflation data from the US indicated that price pressure might be easing.

The strong opening comes after two straight trading sessions of losses for the benchmark indices.

BSE Sensex jumped 554.06 points or 0.91 per cent to 60,363.03 points, while the broader NSE Nifty climbed 143.35 points or 0.81 per cent to 17,737.70 points.

Sensex traded at 60,316.99 points, up 224.02 points or 0.37 per cent, whereas Nifty was at 17,964.75 points, up 69.90 points or 0.39 per cent.

In the morning trade, BSE Sensex went up 132 points to 62,263 while broad-based Nifty rose 38 points to 18,535.30 levels.

After beginning the trade on a negative note, the 30-share BSE Sensex further declined 305.61 points to 62,978.58. The broader NSE Nifty dipped 79.65 points to 18,732.85.

The 30-share BSE Sensex gained 183.9 points to 62,865.74 points in early trade. The broader NSE Nifty advanced 61.5 points to 18,679.55 points.

The Sensex is at 62,828.01 points up by 323.21 points and the Nifty opened 18,552.45 points after previously closing at 18,562.75 points.

The 30-share BSE Sensex climbed 124.35 points to 61,634.93 in early trade. The broader NSE Nifty gained 38 points to 18,305.25.

After a weak beginning, the 30-share BSE Sensex further declined 463.1 points to 61,200.38. The broader NSE Nifty dipped 129.25 points to 18,178.40.

The 30-share BSE Sensex declined 211.76 points to 61,768.96 in early trade. The broader NSE Nifty dipped 57.95 points to 18,351.70.

The 30-share BSE Sensex climbed 92.98 points to 61,888.02 in early deals. Similarly, the broader NSE Nifty advanced 44.4 points to 18,394.10.

A strong rupee against major rivals and continuous buying by foreign funds added to the momentum, traders said.

The 30-share BSE index was trading 280.36 points or 0.46 per cent lower at 60,753.19 in initial deals. Similarly, the broader NSE Nifty fell 87.35 points or 0.48 per cent to 18,069.65.

The 30-share BSE Sensex climbed 153 points to 60,989.41 in early trade. Similarly, the broader NSE Nifty advanced 55.3 points to 18,108.
