The Supreme Court has granted bail to Kashmiri separatist leader Shabir Ahmed Shah in a terror funding case, noting his prolonged incarceration and slow trial progress. Shah, arrested by the NIA in 2019, had challenged the Delhi High Court’s rejection of his bail plea.
