Thousands of farmers have gathered at Delhi's gateways to demand a repeal of the Centre's three new farm laws.

Sena sources said Matondkar's name was forwarded to Governor B S Koshyari by the Shiv Sena recently for nomination to the Legislative Council from the governor's quota.

"We believe in 'Akhand Bharat'. We also believe that Karachi will be a part of India one day," Fadnavis told reporters here on November 21.
