Congress leader Rahul Gandhi visited Sivagiri Mutt at Varkala during his two-day trip to Kerala and paid homage at the samadhi of social reformer Sree Narayana Guru. He earlier attended a centenary event marking the Guru’s meeting with Mahatma Gandhi.
