Elon Musk intensified his criticism of Mukesh Ambani over Starlink's delayed commercial launch in India, sarcastically referring to him as "Prime Minister Ambani" and accusing him of seeking to protect a telecom monopoly.
BRS working president KT Rama Rao backed Elon Musk's remarks on Starlink's India entry, urging him to identify the alleged oligarchs he claimed were blocking the satellite internet service. The Centre, however, dismissed Musk's allegations as baseless.
The Centre has dismissed Elon Musk’s claim that Starlink is being unfairly blocked in India, stating that the satellite communication licensing framework is fair, non-discriminatory, and that all three licensees are currently at a similar regulatory stage undergoing security assessments.

Starlink has rejected reports that India has frozen approvals for its satellite internet services, saying discussions with the government remain active and productive. The company said it has complied with regulatory requirements and remains committed to launching services in India.
