    Taking suo motu cognizance of the shocking incidents reported in the media, a division bench of Justice Revati Mohite-Dere and Justice Prithviraj K. Chavan also criticized the Adarsh Vidya Prasarak Sanstha (AVPS) for failing to report the crimes. The judges noted that while the two girls involved had come forward, many similar cases remain unreported, as "it takes a great deal of courage to speak out about these issues."
