An awareness programme on the Bhu Bharathi portal was held in Maripeda and Chinna Guduru mandals of Mahabubabad district on Thursday. During the event, Dornakal MLA Ramchander Naik took issue with the Tahsildar for refusing to grant permission for sand quarrying beyond the designated timeframe.
