AIADMK chief Edappadi K Palaniswami has asked party counting agents to remain alert during vote counting on May 4, warning of possible malpractices and urging them to monitor preparations, report issues and stay present till final results are declared
Chief Minister M K Stalin said the DMK-led alliance will win over 200 seats in the Tamil Nadu Assembly elections. He criticised the AIADMK for lacking ideology and alleged it functions under BJP influence while highlighting welfare schemes and governance
The victory did not, however, land in Stalin's lap and he worked towards it by reaching out to people systematically by targeting the Centre and state governments on many issues.
The actor-turned politician has entered into a political alliance with the All India Samathuva Makkal Katchi (AISMK), helmed by R. Sarathkumar who was an MLA from Tenkasi constituency in alliance with the AIADMK.
