Disha Ravi, who was arrested for her involvement in sharing a 'toolkit' on social media in connection with the ongoing farmers' protest, has been released from Delhi's Tihar jail.

The Delhi Sessions Court had granted bail to Disha, subject to two sureties of Rs 1 lakh each.

During the three-hour-long bail hearing on February 20, the police said that the 'Toolkit' was a sinister design to defame India and cause violence.

A Delhi court on Monday sent Ravi to one-day police custody as it said she has to be confronted with other accused in the case -- Nikita Jacob and Shantanu Muluk.

The climate activist was produced before Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Pankaj Sharma of the Patiala House Court at the end of her three-day judicial custody, amid high security.

Disha Ravi, who faced charges of conspiracy and sedition in the 'Toolkit' conspiracy case related to the farmers' agitation, was arrested from Bengaluru on February 13.

The 21-year-old activist was sent to three days judicial custody on Friday, after the police told the court they will seek her custody later to confront her with co-accused Shantanu Mukul, who will join the probe on February 22.

Disha, whose five-day police custody ended on Friday, was produced before Patiala House Court by the Special cell of Delhi Police

The court, however, asked media houses to ensure that no leaked investigation material is broadcast as it could affect the probe.

The court asked the police to file an affidavit containing its submission that it has not leaked any material relating to the investigation to the media.

The petition also seeks to restrain the media from publishing the content or extract of any alleged private chats, including those on WhatsApp, between her and third parties.

On Tuesday, the Bombay High Court granted transit anticipatory bail to Shantanu Muluk for 10 days.

The court in its order noted the applicant (Jacob) is a permanent resident of Mumbai and the FIR is lodged in Delhi, and the relief sought by her now is only temporary.

Ravi was arrested from Bengaluru on Saturday in connection with a protest toolkit backing the farmers' agitation.

The Delhi Police earlier said non-bailable warrants have been issued against Jacob and Shantanu for allegedly sharing the "toolkit" on social media.

Greta Thunberg, a teen climate activist, had shared the "toolkit" to lend her support to the farmers' agitation against the three agri laws.
