The Supreme Court of India agreed to hear in July a dispute over enforcement of a UAE court decree worth over Rs 500 crore against Hyderabad industrialist Nimmagadda Prasad after mediation led by former CJI U U Lalit failed
The judgment was pronounced by a five-judge bench headed by Chief Justice U.U. Lalit and also comprising Justices Dinesh Maheshwari, S. Ravindra Bhat, Bela M. Trivedi and J.B. Pardiwala.
