The FAA has said no airworthiness directive is needed for Boeing operators, stating the fuel control switch design poses no immediate flight safety risk
According to the report findings, one of the pilots can be heard on the cockpit voice recorder, asking the other why he cut off the fuel, to which the other pilot responded by saying that “he did not”

"The regulator stated on Friday that the final report identifies various underlying causes of the April 20, 2023, incident and outlines 63 corrective actions SpaceX must implement to prevent future occurrences."
"The FAA will continue to work with SpaceX to evaluate additional information provided by the company as part of its application to modify its launch license," FAA spokesperson Steve Kulm said
