Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal said India will expand energy trade with the US, with nuclear power, critical minerals and clean energy driving cooperation. He also criticised the EU’s CBAM, warning it risks isolating Europe and raising its costs.
“Entrepreneurial activity has picked up in India. In 2020 India was among the top 50 innovative economies," India's Ambassador to the US Taranjit Singh Sandhu said.
