In the March 13 incident, a speeding car driven by Chaurasia rammed into three vehicles, killing a woman and injuring seven others in Gujarat's Vadodara.
The accident occurred around 12.30 am near Muktanand cross roads in the Karelibaug area following which the driver, Rakshit Chaurasiya, was arrested, said Deputy Commissioner of Police Panna Momaya.
At least 10 people died and 16 others were injured when a mini-truck in which they were travelling rammed into another truck on the outskirts of Gujarat's Vadodara city.
