Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, speaking at the launch of the Somnath Swabhimaan Yatra in Lucknow, alleged that Jawaharlal Nehru opposed the reconstruction of the Somnath temple and discouraged President Rajendra Prasad from attending its consecration in 1951.
Discussing her family of superstars and typical dinner table conversations, Shruti shared, "Yes, I hate to admit, but dinner conversations with Dad usually revolve around cinema, though we eventually get to other topics." Shruti, the 38-year-old daughter of Kamal Haasan and actress Sarika Thakur, has a younger sister, Akshara Haasan, who is also an actress. Her parents married when she was one and later divorced in 2004.
