Senior BRS leader Shaik Abdullah Sohail has demanded a judicial inquiry into the auction of Waqf land at Raidurg belonging to Jamia Nizamia, urging the State government to halt all transfers until its legal status is verified.

The writ petition, filed by Irshad Ali Khan, argued that the action violated the Waqf Act and constitutional protections.
