Tamil Nadu to introduce WhatsApp ticket booking for state-run buses under digital upgrade

Commuters in Tamil Nadu will soon be able to book government bus tickets via WhatsApp. The TNMLC has invited bids for payment gateway integration with the OTRS, enabling faster, cashless booking for SETC, TNSTC, and MTC passengers across the state.
