This demand for remote jobs is backed by blurring geographical boundaries while employers hire and job seekers scout for opportunities.

It now has nearly 467,100 customers with more than 10 employees, up approximately 470 per cent from the same quarter last fiscal year.

Spotify is calling the initiative 'Work from Anywhere' and it describes it as a "new way of collaborating that allows Spotifiers to work from wherever they do their best thinking and creating."
