The Global Chess League has announced the return of Road2GCL, a community engagement initiative ahead of Season 4 in Bengaluru. The programme will feature competitions, school and club activities, creator collaborations and opportunities for aspiring players to compete against top grandmasters

The chess piece which is 53 times the size of a standard "Champion Staunton" king piece, is constructed of Sapele African Hardwood and Wood Glue.
