Internet infrastructure provider Cloudflare said on its status page earlier Tuesday that it identified an issue that was impacting multiple customers, including ChatGPT, social media platform X, League of Legends and other prominent internet services.

When checked on Downdetector, a website that tracks online service disruptions, there was a significant spike in outage reports for X around 6 pm.

Formerly known as Twitter, the social media platform has not faced a similar situation in a long time.
