An 11-year-old student at a government school in Film Nagar was allegedly injured during a midday meal after being struck by an ayah over taking extra eggs. Police have registered a case following a complaint by the child’s father.

A 19-year-old telecaller in Ameerpet has alleged harassment by her manager after being taken to a movie and later confined in the office. Punjagutta police have registered a case and are investigating the incident based on her complaint.
