10 Students from Luxettipet strike gold in state Karate competition
The students who won gold medals in the kata category were D Raj Kumar, D Shiva Kumar, G Anirudh, D Rishith Varma, K Manvith, P Ashrith, Md Anas, G Manideep, S Nikhil, and G Ashwith. D Rithwik earned a silver medal in the same category, while D Meghana, B Varun, A Siryalashri, and A Vinayalasri won bronze medals. Additionally, D Raj Kumar secured a silver medal in the fighting category, and A Harshwavardhan and G Anirudh each took home bronze medals.
Mancherial: Ten students from Luxettipet won gold medals in kata, a category of a state-level karate competition held recently. They were felicitated by a grand master Rajamallu at a programme conducted in Luxettipet town on Thursday.
The students were D Raj Kumar, D Shiva Kumar, G Anirudh, D Rishith Varma, K Manvith, P Ashrith, Md Anas, G Manideep, S Nikhil and G Ashwith. D Rithwik bagged the silver medal in the same category, while D Meghana, B Varun, A Siryalashri, A Vinayalasri got bronze medal. D Raj Kumar clinched the silver medal in the fighting category. A Harshwavardhan and G Anirudh secured bronze medals.
