108 deaths, 20,345 fresh Covid cases reported in Andhra Pradesh

With this, the death toll due to Covid mounted to 8,899 in the State

Amaravati: During the past 24 hours, 108 persons died while 20,345 tested positive for Covid in Andhra Pradesh. According to a bulletin issued by the Medical and Health Department here on Tuesday, 86,878 coronavirus disease tests were conducted during the period.

18 deaths were reported from Chittoor district, 12 from Visakhapatnam, 10 each from East Godavari, Guntur and Vizianagaram, nine from Prakasam, eight from Nellore, seven from   Krishna district, six from Srikakulam, five each from West Godavari, Ananatapur and Kurnool and three deaths reported in YSR Kadapa district.
