Hyderabad: As the city entered the 17th day of the lockdown on Friday, the police continued to strictly enforce the lockdown across the city and booked nearly 12,000 cases against violators. Of them, 9,500 cases were booked in Hyderabad, 900 cases booked in Cyberabad and over 1,500 cases in Rachakonda until 7pm. Police have been patrolling the streets to enforce lockdown in the city and ensure that curbs are not violated or lockdown exemptions were misused by people, and are taking strict action against violators.
