13 Telangana passengers aboard Kurnool bus; 7 injured, status of 6 unconfirmed

Thirteen passengers from Telangana were on board the bus that met with a tragic accident in Kurnool early Friday. Seven injured, including residents from Hyderabad and nearby districts, are receiving treatment. Status of six passengers remains unconfirmed. Helpline numbers available.

Hyderabad: A total 13 passengers from Telangana were on board the ill-fated bus when the incident occurred in Kurnool in Andhra Pradesh on Friday early hours.

Gadwal District Collector Santosh and SP visited the site of the tragic bus accident.

Seven injured persons are receiving treatment at Kurnool Government Hospital. Among them, four have been identified as residents of Hyderabad, Khammam, Ranga Reddy, and Sangareddy districts.

The status of the remaining six passengers, whether they survived or not is yet to be confirmed.
