Hyderabad: Telangana reported 156 new Covid infections and no fatalities on Monday. The cumulative number of deaths so far has reached 4,015 while the total number of positive Covid infections was at 6,79,720. The number of active cases in Telangana, as on Monday, was 3,642.

The authorities on Monday conducted 33,140 Covid tests of which results of 6,085 samples were awaited. A total of 207 individuals have recovered with a recovery rate of 98.87 per cent on Monday.

So far, a total of 2,93,18,416 Covid-19 tests have been conducted in the State out of which 6,79,720 have tested positive and 6,72,063 persons recovered.

The Covid-19 positive cases reported from the districts included two from Bhadradri Kothagudem, 53 from areas under GHMC, one from Kamareddy, three from Karimnagar, 11 from Khammam, five from Mancherial, 22 from Medchal-Malkajgiri, one from Nagarkurnool, five from Nalgonda, one from Narayanpet, three from Nizamabad, two from Peddapalli, one from Rajanna Siricilla, 14 from Rangareddy, three from Sangareddy, 12 from Siddipet, four from Wanaparthy, two from Warangal Rural, three from Hanumakonda and eight from Yadadri Bhongir.
