21-year-old dies by suicide after parents refuse money for trip in Mancherial
A 21-year-old graduate, Chitla Anwesh, died by suicide in Mancherial after his parents reportedly refused to give him money for a trip. He had previously attempted suicide and was hospitalized. Police have registered a case and are investigating.

Mancherial: A 21-year-old graduate student died by suicide after consuming pesticide when his parents reportedly refused to give him money for a trip at Gudirevu village in Dandepalli mandal on Sunday.
Police said the youth, identified as Chitla Anwesh, had earlier attempted suicide a fortnight ago and was immediately shifted to a hospital. He succumbed while undergoing treatment on Sunday morning.
Anwesh, who had completed his degree, was said to be unemployed for some time. Police did not reveal the amount he had sought from his parents.
His father, Rajireddy, lodged a complaint with the police. A case has been registered and investigation is underway.
