26-year-old software engineer dies by suicide in Pocharam
A 26-year-old software engineer from Andhra Pradesh was found dead by suicide at his rented flat in Singapore Township, Pocharam. Police suspect emotional distress over a failed relationship. A case has been registered, and an investigation is underway.
Hyderabad: A 26-year-old software employee died by suicide at his rented flat in Singapore Township in Pocharam on Tuesday.
The techie, identified as Pawan Kalyan Reddy from Guntur district in Andhra Pradesh, had been living with friends while working at a reputed IT firm in Pocharam.
According to police, Pawan is suspected to have taken the extreme step due to distress over a failed relationship. His friends found him hanging in his room and immediately alerted the local police.
The Pocharam IT Corridor Police said a case has been registered and an investigation is on to ascertain the circumstances that led to the incident.
