ADGP Govind Singh is presenting a trophy to a topper of the batch at DTC-Sangareddy on Friday.
Sangareddy: About 30 per cent out of 224 Police cadets, who participated in the passing out ceremony at District Training Centre in Sangareddy, are engineers. Eight of the them are M.Tech holders while the remaining 59 are post graduates in various disciplines. The minimum qualification for applying for a constable’s job is just Intermediate.
Speaking on the occasion here on Friday, Chief Guest Additional Director General of Police Govind Singh said this was the most qualified batch. Congratulating them for clearing all the indoor and outdoor examinations after nine month of training, the Senior IPS officer said that learning is very important even after passing out of the training centre since the Police department is using modern technologies in policing. He called upon them to continue to learn even during the job.
These 224 Police Cadets (Civil) of Nalgonda district will discharge their duties in Nalgonda district. Superintendent of Police, S Chandrashekar Reddy, ASP, Srujana, Principal of the DTC, Sitaram and others were present.
