35 maize purchasing centres in Kamareddy soon

Kamareddy: Telangana government has decided to launch 35 maize purchasing centers in Kamareddy district to facilitate maize farmers.

On Tuesday, Kamareddy Collector Dr. Sharath announced the same and conducted a review on maize purchase along with additional collector, assistant collector, agriculture and co-operative department officials.

Collector said that the district administration is launching this centres under the supervision of various PACS societies and ordered officials that they should not purchase maize from mediators or crop arrived from other States.
