359th Prakash Purab of Sri Guru Gobind Singhji on January 4 at Tivoli Gardens

A Vishaal Deewan will be organised in Secunderabad on January 4 as part of the 359th Prakash Purab celebrations of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji, featuring Gurbani Kirtans, spiritual discourses by Ragi Jathas and Guru Ka Langar.

Hyderabad: In connection with the ongoing world wide 359th Prakash Purab of Sri Guru Gobind Singhji, the tenth and last Sikh Guru and founder of Khalsa Panth, a Vishaal Deewan will be organised under the aegis of Prabhandak Committee Gurdwara Sahib Secunderabad at Tivoli Gardens, Secunderabad from 10.30 am to 3.30 pm on January 4 .

The GSS Prabhandak Committee, President S Baldev Singh Bagga, General Secretary S Jagmohan Singh and Secretary, Harpreet Singh Gulati said hundreds of Sikh devotees and other community faiths will converge in the congregation and the event will be marked by the recitations of Gurbani Kirtans and Gurbani Vichar by Ragi Jathas.

Reputed Ragi Jathas, Bhai Sarabjit Singh (Patna Sahib wale), Singh Sahib, Giani Jaswinder Singh (former Head Granthi, Sri Darbar Sahib, Amritsar), Giani Jagdev Singh, Bhai Varjinder Singh and other reputed Ragi Jathas will recite shabad keertans and throw light on the teachings of Sikh Gurus. After the culmination of the congregation Guru Ka Langar will be served to the devotees.
