Hyderabad: A total of 60 students of Telangana Minorities Residential (TMR) Junior Colleges have qualified in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2021.
As part of the professional development programme, 83 students from 12 TMR junior colleges were groomed to qualify the NEET UG 2021 by providing long term coaching.
The top rankers were Amanullah Asrar of Barkas Junior College, Waliuddin Awais of Kamareddy Junior College, Simra Khatoon of Nalgonda Junior College, Tahura Masood of Ibrahimpatnam Junior College, Mahboob Hussain of Wanaparthy Junior College, Md. Feroz Khan of Sangareddy Junior College and Saifuddin of Hayatnagar Junior College, the Telangana Minorities Residential Educational Institutions Society (TMREIS) said on Wednesday.
Minorities Welfare Minister Koppula Eshwar and Advisor to Government (Minorities Welfare) & TMREIS president AK Khan congratulated the students for their outstanding performance and making their way to secure MBBS and BDS seats.
“It is a golden moment in the history of Telangana Minority Residential Schools that our students will be making their way into medical colleges this year, including students from remote villages,” TMREIS secretary B Shafiullah said.
